These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nature Photographers Network (NPN) and Nature Vision Magazine (NVM), both operated by Exploring Exposure LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our websites, creating an account, or purchasing a subscription or digital product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
We operate:
Nature Photographers Network (NPN) — a membership-based photography community
Nature Vision Magazine (NVM) — a digital publication
Our services may include accounts, subscriptions, digital downloads, newsletters, forums, and community interaction.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. By using our sites, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.
Most memberships and subscriptions are annual and auto-renewing
Some users may be on legacy plans (monthly or multi-year), which continue under their original terms
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe)
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
Memberships and subscriptions:
We aim to be fair and reasonable.
If a subscription is unused and does not meet expectations, we are happy to offer a full refund.
If a member has participated in the community and received value, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Digital products and single-issue purchases:
All sales are final once access or download has been provided.
Participation in NPN is subject to our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
We reserve the right to:
Remove content that violates guidelines
Restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts for serious or repeated violations
Remove access without refund in severe cases (e.g. copyright infringement, harassment, abuse)
You retain full ownership and copyright of any images, text, or other content you submit.
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote that content within:

Promotional materials
Always with appropriate credit.
All site content, branding, design, and editorial material (excluding user submissions) are owned by Exploring Exposure LLC and may not be reused without permission.
All digital content made available through Nature Photographers Network (NPN) and Nature Vision Magazine (NVM) — including but not limited to PDF magazine issues, articles, educational materials, and downloadable files — is licensed, not sold, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
By purchasing or accessing digital content, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not:
Redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense digital content
Post full issues or substantial portions publicly or behind paywalls
Remove copyright notices or attribution
Use content for training artificial intelligence models or datasets without prior written permission
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Exploring Exposure LLC and the original content creators.
Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and, where appropriate, legal action.
Content shared on our platforms — including forums, articles, critiques, and discussions — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not guarantee outcomes or results.
Advice shared by members reflects personal opinion, not professional or legal advice.
Any actions you take based on information found on our platforms are at your own risk.
Any meetups or gatherings discussed or organized by members are not hosted, endorsed, or supervised by us.
Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
Accounts may be deleted by request.
To preserve the integrity of community discussions, forum posts are generally retained.
If you explicitly request full deletion of your data and content, we will comply, even if it impacts forum threads.
