This page explains our refund and cancellation policies for Nature Photographers Network (NPN) memberships and Nature Vision Magazine purchases. We aim to be clear, fair, and respectful of your time.
NPN offers a 14-day free trial for new members.
No charge is made during the trial period
A valid payment method is required to start the trial
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged
If you forget to cancel and are charged after the trial period, please contact us. We’re happy to review the situation and typically refund trial-related charges when notified.
NPN memberships are billed annually.
You may cancel at any time by turning off auto-renewal in your account
Canceling stops future charges but does not remove access for the remainder of the paid term
Membership fees are generally non-refundable once charged
In rare cases, we may issue a prorated refund at our discretion
If you believe you were charged in error or have a billing concern, please reach out and we’ll help resolve it.
All single-issue purchases are non-refundable
Nature Vision is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase
You may turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account
Subscription fees are non-refundable, as subscribers receive immediate access to all available back issues

Difficulty accessing your account
Missing download links
Accidental or duplicate purchases
Please contact us first. In most cases, we can resolve access or delivery issues without the need for a refund.
You can manage cancellations and auto-renewal settings directly from your account dashboard at any time.
