We welcome thoughtful article ideas from nature photographers, writers, and artists interested in contributing to Nature Photographers Network (NPN) or Nature Vision Magazine (NVM).
Submissions are considered for either platform, and final placement is determined by the editorial team based on fit, depth, and intent.
We ask that contributors submit a clear, well-considered article idea, not a completed article.

By submitting work for publication with Nature Photographers Network or Nature Vision Magazine, and upon acceptance and publication, you agree to the following:
You grant Nature Photographers Network and/or Nature Vision Magazine first world publication rights to publish the accepted text and images for the platform, article, or issue for which they were selected, in digital and/or print formats as applicable.
You grant Nature Photographers Network and/or Nature Vision Magazine non-exclusive world rights to continue making the published article or issue available indefinitely, including through online archives, digital archives, print-on-demand, back issue sales, member access, and related distribution.
You confirm that all submitted text and images are original, created by you, and that you hold the necessary rights to grant publication permission.
You grant Nature Photographers Network and/or Nature Vision Magazine permission to use brief excerpts, contributor names, article titles, and selected images for promotional purposes related to the publication, the specific article or issue, or Nature Vision/NPN more broadly, with appropriate credit.
Authors and photographers retain copyright to their work.
Authors may request removal of an individually archived online article after a period of years if it no longer aligns with their vision or voice. Such requests will be considered in good faith. This does not apply to completed magazine issues, print editions, PDFs, purchased back issues, or archived issue files that have already been published or distributed.
We do not republish articles in future magazine issues without additional permission.
